What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->Navigate to chrome://md-settings/cupsPrinters ->click on Add Printer and add a sample printer
(2)After printer added successfully, click on 3-dot icon to view 'Details' of added printer
(3)Now Refresh the Printer details page and Observe(Kindly refer video)

Actual:Details of added printer are seen missing after refreshing the Printer details page
Expected:Details of added printer should be seen after refreshing the Printer details page

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-59.

Note:Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS
