Android Google Chrome. I try every possible thing to get this fix. Clear all data, restart phone, still no luck. Same issue on older Android phone. It only happened on Chrome. Unwanted forwarding by Spam-ads that you can't go back to previous webpage. It also vibrate my phone even after I have notifications and vibration disable for chromre.
