Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any page with text.
2. Double/triple click with a stylus to select word/paragraph
3. does not work.

What is the expected behavior?
Expected to work same as a mouse click.

What went wrong?
Chrome does not seem to work well with stylus input on a Surface Pro 4 /pen enabled device.

Using stylus with chrome in general seems to not be working well. Clicking an input field with a stylus does not fire virtual keyboard in win 10.
