Can't reveal saved Basic Auth password

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Save a basic auth password (https://jigsaw.w3.org/HTTP/)
2. go to settings, passwords, 
3. try to reveal that password

What is the expected behavior?
Reveals the passwords

What went wrong?
It didn't reveal the password

Did this work before? Yes before the settings UI refresh

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0
 
Is this for Chromium but not Chrome?  did I file it in the wrong place?

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome stable M59 #59.0.3071.115 and M61 #61.0.3148.0 and issue is not reproduced.

Attached screencast for reference.

@victor.rodriguez.gil-- Could you please check in fresh chrome profile withoit any extensions and flags  enabled and also please provide us the screencast of the issue for better triaging.

I can see in your video that saving a non-basic-auth password works fine.  That's great, thanks.

Have you tried to reveal an already saved Basic Auth password, though?

I made a screencast.  It's the first time, I probably didn't use the best way to black out my personal data, I just placed some black buttons in there or something.  I hope the point gets across.
