Captured tab audio stream becomes distorted

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3135.5 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load extension locally on Chrome.
2. Open any YouTube page.
3. Run extension on the YouTube tab.

What is the expected behavior?
Perceived audio should remain unchanged.

What went wrong?
Audio starts to clip and distort after a while.

Did this work before? Yes Not sure, a couple of versions ago..

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 61.0.3135.5  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

I completely removed Chrome ( including regedit ) and reinstalled. It seems to be working fine now. 

I can't find how to remove this report.
