Both links you've linked to are respectively Theoplayer and Brightcove, from 2 US-based companies ;( For info, Spotify placed rewind and forward buttons from right to left, and the progress bar has been reversed as well. See screenshot attached.

For info, I've switched my OS language into Arabic and didn't notice any change in Spotify UI. I was able to get my previous screenshot by settings manually <html dir=rtl>.

I guess my question is whether it would make sense to have the CC text alignment to be different and looking at the text alignment with actual RTL language would help figure this out.
