Interstitial page not shown on site with a revoked certificate

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://revoked.badssl.com.
2. Observe. 

What is the expected behavior?
It should show an interstitial page with  NET::ERR_CERT_REVOKED

What went wrong?
The page gets loaded

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.125  Channel: stable
OS Version: 7.0
Flash Version: 

Checked this on Desktop Chrome v 59.0.3071.115. It works fine on the desktop. Does the CRL check get skipped in android?

I believe this is working-as-intended for Android, per the remarks in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=727816#c3
