Regression: Google image's url overlapped on search box after blocking images.

OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.12.3, 10.11.6),Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to above url and search for the any images(e.g. Car)
(2) Then block images from clicking on View site info icon, then reload the page.
(3) Observe near search box.

Actual: Google image's url overlapped on search box after blocking images.

Expected: Google image's url should not overlap on search box after blocking images.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-60', will soon update the other info:

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:60.0.3078.0(Revision:466494).
Bad build:60.0.3079.0(Revision:466571).

You are probably looking for a change made after 466545 (known good), but no later than 466546 (first known bad).

Note :Able to reproduce the issue in Win 10.0,Ubuntu 14.04 & Mac 10.12.3 and Able to reproduce in latest Canary #61.0.3147.0
Adding Release Block-Stable for this issue.Please remove if not the case.

The new rendering is spec compliant and matches Firefox.
