What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >> In Sign-In overlay,Enter email id >> click on 'Next'and Observe the Password field(Kindly refer video)

Actual:Default cursor highlight is seen missing for Password field
Expected:Default cursor highlight should be seen for Password field

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine for 61.0.3144.0/9693.1.0 dev channel daisy

Note:Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS
