Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open google docs. 2. create a multi page doc with internal hyperlinks using bookmarks (bookmark middle of the page). 3. save as PDF. 4. open the PDF in chrome. 5. click on the hyperlink. What is the expected behavior? The doc should navigate to the exact offset/ target. What went wrong? the doc navigates to the beginning of the page containing the target. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:
