Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Platform: 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit) Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Login to Chrome management Console 2. Chrome OS Devices 3. Configuration What is the expected behavior? We want to be able to configure the flag "Touch event API" Some websites icm with a Chromebook with touchscreen won't work properly. Disabling this flag fixes this issue, but cannot be set using the management console. It has to be done per user, per device. What went wrong? Flag cannot be set using the ChromeOS management Console Did this work before? No Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.5 Flash Version: NA Would be nice if we could configure all the available flags from the management console
