crash while downloading

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to 10.10.13.9
2. click on"Go to VPN download page"
3. download the first link

What is the expected behavior?
The file should be downloaded properly

What went wrong?
chrome will crash

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

It looks like an internal IP address (10.x.x.x) and you are using Android,
not Windows, right?
How is it reproducible with any public sites?

Thanks for the clarification.

Did the crash leave any records on chrome://crashes page?
If you could spot a crash that corresponds to the crash reported for this,
could you send "Server ID" (which is a hexadecimal number like 3c835677f0000000)?

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
As the reporter did not respond to crash report request, we are unable
to reproduce the problem locally, so closing this as WontFix.

@reporter, if you still see the problem, please feel free to reopen this
issue with concrete reproduction steps that other Chrome developers can
verify and work on fixing the issue.
