After "GPU process hung. Terminating after 15000 ms." not restored web applications like Google Keep

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3141.8 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install Google Keep https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-keep-notes-and-lis/hmjkmjkepdijhoojdojkdfohbdgmmhki
2. Open Google Keep
3. Simulate "GPU process hung." or crash GPU

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Instead of Google Keep we see black window. We should expect then any GPU crash not lead to black window in Web applications.

As per the above provided Crash id,seems stack trace is similar to the issue#614111, hence merging into it.
