Issue descriptionChrome Version:61.0.3147.0/9708.0.0 dev-channel peppy and Daisy OS:Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign in to user >> Sign out and Observe the UI Actual:Sign in user is seen misplaced Expected:Sign in user shouldn't get misplaced, it should be aligned This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 61.0.3144.0/9693.1.0 dev channel daisy Attached screenshot for reference @Wzang: Could you please confirm the issue
