Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3147.0 (Official Build)(cohort: Stable)e6db2be32f63ad9c3b8bce1b4f0dab810a7f2622-refs/heads/master@{#483897}(32/64-bit). OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.12.3, 10.11.6). Steps to reproduce: 1) Launch chrome, sign in to chrome, go to chrome://settings/people. 2) Click on Manage People, On Manage People overlay, click on Add person and observe. Actual Result: Supervised-User option is missing. Expected Result: Supervised-user option should be seen This is regression issue broken in M-61, and will soon update the bisect info. Manual Bisect Info: Good Build: 61.0.3145.0 Bad Build: 61.0.3146.0 Note: Will soon update Linux OS status.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build:61.0.3145.0(Revision:483574). Bad build:61.0.3146.0(Revision:483866). You are probably looking for a change made after 483687 (known good), but no later than 483688 (first known bad).
