Regression: Scroll fails when hides an element

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3135.4 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open any page 2. Open developer tools and hide an element 3. Try to scroll by click and drag What is the expected behavior? Scroll by click and drag should work What went wrong? Scroll by click and drag not working after hide an element Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3135.4 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version:

Sorry for the delay. Just back from vacation. My CL in #1 is already reverted by https://codereview.chromium.org/2896033003/. It has nothing to do with scrolling, either.

This issue still present. @kkaluri could you please try to reproduce this issue. I was able to reproduce this issue as well in the latest version 63.0.3231.0 Please note : There's some conditional to reproduce this issue. 1. The developer tools must dock side to bottom. 2. The "hide an element" option must be above the developer tools boundary when open context menu. Also note: This issue not necessary has related with scrolls because when hides an element the focus still in developer tools (focus on hidden element) and when you try to scroll by click and drag will not work, but if you make the mouse hover on the developer tools boundary the focus will clear and scroll will work. that's what I'm thinking lol ^_' |
