Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open chrome://settings/content/cookies?search=cookies 2. As you scroll down to cookies input search it blocks the page 3. What is the expected behavior? Application should use web workers for cookies search functionality in the page chrome://settings/content/cookies?search=cookies as it makes the page slow. Also the cookies searching functionality should be improved like listing not all but few first or if it has to list all the cookies at once then it should be non blocking or asynchrnous What went wrong? Page is slow and not browsable Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Yes, I am able to reproduce this consistently. When trying with new profile after removing all the extensions and apps, issue still persists once the cookies list becomes large. You can try to reproduce this in your system by creating large cookies list.
