Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Settings of extension: to pop-up when text is selected
2. Highlight text of foreign language with mouse
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
When foreign language text is selected, a pop-up will appear at the location of the text.

What went wrong?
The Google Translate pop-up does not appear at the location where foreign language text is selected. Instead, it pops-up at the top of the page. User must scroll back all the way to the top of the page to see the pop-up. Bug present only on certain pages of websites e.g. http://www.hjwzw.com/Book/Read/32234,7690155.
