"Wi-Fi" is recognised as misspelled word

Reported by orsch...@gmail.com, Jul 1 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.109 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Type the word "Wi-Fi"

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
You will see that it's being underlined. Probably because it contains a hyphen. However, it's spelling is correct according to Wikipedia, for example.

I am attaching a screenshot.

Thank you for your comment. It also happens with the "Guest" profile.

I am currently on Version 59.0.3071.109 which is the latest available on my Solus Budgie Linux. I need to wait until I get version .115 to test it.

Please wait, I will respond back.

I am not the only one affected. Please see the comments from the users on Reddit that confirm the problem:

Having the same issue. Chromium "Version 58.0.3029.110 Built on Ubuntu , running on Ubuntu 17.04 (64-bit)" (Kubuntu 17.04). Having similar issues with spelling in Chromium in general. Include a more comprehensive and modern dictionary file maybe?

Unable to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 with chrome reported version #59.0.3071.109 and also on latest stable #59.0.3071.115, as TE-Team doesn't have "Solus Budgie" machine, adding "TE-NeedsTriageFromMTV" for further triage.
