Username and password entered on address bar not working

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. type username:password@IP address
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
In this case, an IP video camera live feed should (used to) open

What went wrong?
the live video feed no longer opens

Did this work before? Yes Worked 6/28/17

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Could you please provide a sample URL of webpage or test case to check this issue from Chrome-TE end.

The address is not in a public network. 

The command line being used is:
C:\program files (x86)\google\chrome\application\chrome.exe

Followed by

Http://username:password@10.1.111.27

Tested this issue using #59.0.3071.115 on Win 10 by following the steps mentioned below.

1. Launched Chrome by executing below command.  C:\Users\sandeepkumars\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe Http://username:password@10.1.111.27

Getting UberProxy error on Sign in, so unable to check the issue.

Requesting MTV team for further triaging of the issue.

I believe we had a bug where we temporarily broke username:password@site.  Now it should be fixed.  Please let us know if you're still experiencing this issue.
