[Play Review Stable] Chrome is not launching after update

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Multiple users report Chrome not launch or crash after update in Galaxy J7(2016) (j7xelte) & J7 Prime (on7xelte)

Original user review are as attached. 

We've seen similar reports when users update to 58.0.3029.83
