No exit button when console is fullscreen on macOS

Reported by tristanc...@gmail.com, Jun 30 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open developer console
2. Undock developer console
3. Click green fullscreen button

What is the expected behavior?
Should be able to exit fullscreen console using regular macOS window buttons or exit button similar to docked console.

What went wrong?
No exit buttons are shown so the only way to get out is either redocking the console and then closing it or using CTRL + CMD + F shortcut which exits fullscreen. Can be cumbersome if you are quickly reorganizing/closing multiple windows.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.4

Tested this issue on Mac OS 10.12.5 using chrome latest stable #59.0.3071.115 by following steps mentioned below.

1. Navigated to NTP and pressed F12
2. Undocked the console window from NTP
3. Clicked on full screen
4. Observed no close button or minimize button on left corner

Reporter@ Could you please confirm is this is the issue you are talking about? If yes, you can exit the full screen mode by going to top menu bar of chrome view --> Exit Full Screen.

Thanks!
That's actually helpful, didn't see that. Thanks!.
