Black lines and black boxes appearing and disappearing

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Google chrome 2. Go into any page other than searching in google 3. Move mouse around or scroll around the page What is the expected behavior? Black lines will appear and disappear and backgrounds will just go pure black What went wrong? Parts of the browser page goes black mainly around the edges of some boxes and it keeps blinking at times Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #59.0.3071.115. Observed no glitches while scrolling in the google search page. Reporter@- Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently including incognito mode? Could you please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser. If issue still persists please let us know. Thanks!
