After switch to lld, non-fatal "error" reported linking d8 on Fuchsia

Project Member Reported by scottmg@chromium.org, Jun 30 2017

Issue description

"error: failed to compute relocation: R_X86_64_DTPOFF64"

Starts at https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/79a2810 where I switched Chromium to lld.

[(d43d1a1...)|BISECTING] sgraham@river:/work/cr/src$ git checkout 79a2810929d1e113f711a933fe4886c84fd34244
Previous HEAD position was d43d1a1... [ES6 modules] Add WPT for loading cyclic module graph w/ slow imports
HEAD is now at 79a2810... fuchsia: Switch to lld and raise default stack size
[(79a2810...)|BISECTING] sgraham@river:/work/cr/src$ ninja -C out/fuch d8 -j800
ninja: Entering directory `out/fuch'
[0->1/1 ~1] Regenerating ninja files
[0->1/1 ~1] LINK ./d8
error: failed to compute relocation: R_X86_64_DTPOFF64
[(79a2810...)|BISECTING] sgraham@river:/work/cr/src$ ls -l out/fuch/d8
-rwxrwxr-x 1 sgraham sgraham 419586864 Jun 30 12:45 out/fuch/d8

This doesn't actually appear to cause an immediate problem as the binary seems to link as expected despite it saying it's an error.

I'm pretty sure this is an lld bug.
AFAICT the error reported is a problem while trying to determine symbolic info to report the real error. But I need to investigate more.

This is a known issue. If it annoys you, you can disable --gdb-index in fuchsia builds for now.
