Add support for HTML copy&paste Android<-->Chrome

Add support for HTML copy & paste between Android and Chrome.
Use a new way that it is easier to add more formats in the future (like FD or
blobs).

Change clipboard mojo protocol slightly
Deprecate the old clipboard mojo callbacks.
