AP not showing up in Hangouts CCT in M59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have someone send you a hangouts chat on your android phone with the URL rsolomakhin.github.io/pr
(2) Make sure AP is set up with at least one FOP
(3) Click "Buy"

What is the expected result?

AP shows up as an option to pay.

What happens instead?

AP doesn't show up as a way to pay, but it does if you open the link in Chrome directly

Walter: Are you able to reproduce? I'm not. :-(

Zach: Ideally we would get the output of "adb logcat" from your phone, but that requires connecting it to a laptop or desktop and turning on developer mode in settings. Are you able to do that?

Zach has figured out this was happenning because he was using Android's Work Profile feature:
