Alt-tab after switching profile brings the window from the previous profile into the current profile

Chrome Version       : 60.0.3112.41
OS Version: 9592.29.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On one profile open something like Hangouts or Chrome Remote Desktop
2. Switch to another profile

What is the expected result?
Switched to another profile will all the windows in that profile


What happens instead of that?
Switched to another profile will all the windows in that profile, and the Chrome Remote Desktop / hangouts window


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
