Chrome recent updates crashes Windows 10

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Edge/15.15063

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. PC starts Automatic Repair: PC hasn't started correctly.
2. Couldn't repair your PC. I choose Restore System to an Earlier Point.
3. When it's complete, Chrome doesn't work, so I reinstalled it.
4. After another Chrome update, the same issue happened again.

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome shouldn't crash my System and itself.

What went wrong?
I had to Restore Windows 10 and reinstall Chrome.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 for chrome version 59.0.3071.115. Tried updating chrome version 59.0.3071.109 and no issues were observed. chrome launched successfully with out any crashes.

@ albizu.jessica: Can you please check if there are any malware running in your system, which is preventing chrome to launch.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #62.0.3202.75

Due to lack of user response closing this issue, please raise a new issue if you come across the similar one any of the latest chrome version.
