Issue descriptionExample URL: http://sports.news.naver.com/wbaseball/index.nhn Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load http://sports.news.naver.com/wbaseball/index.nhn in portrait mode. 2. Rotate the phone to landscape mode and back to portrait mode. 3. Observe that in every orientation change from landscape to portrait, there is a flicker on the left edge. What is the expected behavior? Flickering should not happen. What went wrong? Webpage flickers. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 59.0.3071.125 Channel: stable OS Version: 7.0 Flash Version: Note: This issue is reproducible on S8 device. Also, the issue does not happen in Firefox.

Note: 1) Please find logs and video taken on Asus Predator(GT-810)/LMY47I(X86-64) @ http://go/chrome-androidlogs1/6/738415 2) Issue exists in all M57, 58 and M59 builds 3) Issue doesn't exists in firefox, but exists on Opera 4) This border side flickering also observed on Nexus 7/KTU84Z and Samsung Galaxy Tab3 lite(SM-T113) / KTU84P. Not observed on other devices.

Cannot repro this specific flicker on S8+. It was probably a webmaster issue all along anyway. |
