Regression : In devtools, 'Ok' and 'Cancel' button's text is seen slightly misplaced.

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 61.0.3145.0 (Official Build) 0a9d03ce07a9bec7a397bbb08c2bec0fe0e91d66-refs/heads/master@{#483574} 32/64 bit OS : Windows(7,8,10) Test URL : www.gogi.in What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to above test URL and hit F12 key to open devtools. 2. In devtools, navigate to 'Application' tab and expand 'IndexedDB' entry from 'Storage' section. 3. Select 'ONE_SIGNAL_SDK..' and click on 'Delete database' button. 4. Observe 'Ok' and 'Cancel' buttons in confirmation bubble. Actual Result : Text on the 'Ok' and 'Cancel' buttons is seen slightly misplaced. Expected Result : 'Ok' and 'Cancel' button's text should be in center of the button. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-61’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info. Good build : 61.0.3122.0 Bad build : 61.0.3123.0 Note : Above issue is not seen on Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.3) OS.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build:61.0.3122.0(Revision:477124). Bad build:61.0.3123.0(Revision:477506). You are probably looking for a change made after 477193 (known good), but no later than 477194 (first known bad).
