Issue description

Chrome Version       : 60.0.3112.50
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Access gmail https://mail.google.com/mail/?authuser=0
2.ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE occured
3.

What is the expected result?


What happens instead of that?


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.50 Safari/537.36

Tested in chrome # 59.0.3071.115, Beta #60.0.3112.50 and Canary #61.0.3147.0 on win 7 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference.

@Reporter: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations and sample steps of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.

Thanks for the report! This means some buggy networking software or device is interfering with an upcoming performance and security improvement to Chrome.

To help diagnose this, could you attach a NetLog per these instructions? Thanks!

Also, what kind of network is this (home? work?). Do you have any antivirus, firewall, proxy, or other networking middleware products configured? If so, do you know which they are?

We're running some alternative experiments in M61 to better understand these bugs. If you still experience problems in M61, please re-file a bug (with any details about the middlebox/firewall/network appliances you can find and a net internals log of the problem (https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details)).
