Chinese translation for http://m.naver.com is not proper

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://m.naver.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to http://m.naver.com 
2. translate the page into chinese ( from the pop suggested by google)
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
the complete page should be translated into chinese.

What went wrong?
We can still see some of the words in English

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? No

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Tested on HTC One/LRX22G in M59,M60 builds.

When changed the language to Chinese few words are not changed.

Tested on iOS, same problem. I believe the cause is the translation service itself. 

Assigned to Napper for more details.

This issue happens in Desktop as well.

It seems the non-translated words are Korean names.

The same Korean name could refer to different Chinese names with the same pronunciation so it might not be possible to translate them.

But I don't know why they are changed to English.
