When using magnifying, graphics is broken in android app border

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9460.66.2 (R59, Stable) + 9592.29.0 (R60, Dev) 

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install android app
  I tested with two apps
    - candy crush soda / mobile strike  
2. Run app with windows mode
3. Enable magnifying glass mode
4. check border line

What is the expected behavior?
Magnified graphics shoud be normal

What went wrong?
Graphics is broken

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.86  Channel: stable
OS Version: 9460.66.2
Flash Version: 

1. This problem can't be recording when using screen recording app.
2. My device is chromebook pro (Intel)
3. Stable / dev chanell is same
4. This problem is not occured in my chromebook plus (Arm)
