Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3145.0 (Official Build)0a9d03ce07a9bec7a397bbb08c2bec0fe0e91d66-refs/heads/master@{#483574}-32/64 bit OS:Windows (7,8,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3) Pre condition : Enable Material Design bookmarks flag from chrome://Flags. Steps: (1)Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://bookmarks/ (2)Enter any letter or keyword in search field and observe Folder icon Actual: Unnecessary Folder icon color changes (black) after typing any keyword in Search field Expected: Folder icon color should not changes after typing any keyword in Search field This is a regression issue broken in 'M59' and below is the manual regression range, will soon update bisect info Good Build: 59.0.3068.1 Bad Build: 59.0.3069.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build: 59.0.3068.1 (Revision: 463474). Bad build: 59.0.3069.0 (Revision: 463921). You are probably looking for a change made after 463552 (known good), but no later than 463553 (first known bad). At the moment, this is working as intended. The folder icon changes to indicate that the folder is no longer selected, since we're showing the search results instead. I'll flag this with UI during our review process to make sure this behavior is correct. |
