Black Screen appearing while on web pages

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
when on website , it makes Black screen squares almost every where on my page , or the whole page turns black and sometimes dosnt want to correct it self . and flashes in and out from normal to black screen

What went wrong?
i dnt know , thats why im asking you all for help, never dealt with this before

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Adobe Flash Player / Black screen appearing while opening new web pages / Sites

i just need help, i really dnt want to uninstall google chrome or google because i will lose a lot of my stuff i have stored , would having my phone synced with this be causing issues , its a brand new phone nothing wrong with it. but i use my phone to log into google accasionaly while im at work.. i dnt know about plug in. other then there for gaming purposes .. so im not sure why this has just begun 3 days ago. its my computer .. i do know that.

Hi, thanks for the report.

It looks like you are running Chrome on Windows 10.
If you see black squares or complete black screen may involve some GPU driver
issue.  Routing to GPU team so someone can suggest what information should be
collected.

wicked66x12x49@ if possible can you please provide few details to further triage the bug :

1. If possible can you please provide "Chrome://GPU" details(Save as webpage)
2. Also an you please attach screenshots of the issue.
