Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3145.0 (Official Build) (cohort: Stable)0a9d03ce07a9bec7a397bbb08c2bec0fe0e91d66-refs/heads/master@{#483574}(32/64-bit). OS: Windows(7,8,10) Steps to reproduce: 1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://settings, click on main menu icon and observe. Actual Result: Side Bar menu options are missing Expected Result: Side bar menu options should be seen This is regression issue broken in M-61, and will soon update the bisect info. Manual Bisect Info: Good Build: 61.0.3144.0 Bad Build: 61.0.3145.0 Note: Will soon update MAC and LINUX status once build is available

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build:61.0.3144.0(Revision:483234). Bad build:61.0.3145.0(Revision:483574). You are probably looking for a change made after 483470 (known good), but no later than 483471 (first known bad).
