lets define some settings to propagate:
NASSH_PROFILEID: the current profile id
NASSH_SESSIONID: a per-session value that we maintain across reconnects

we should set these in the env by default like:
  "NASSH_PROFILEID": "%NASSH_PROFILEID%"

and we can do the same replacement on the ssh args command line.
