It's too easy to delete saved passwords from Password Manager

Reported by krystian...@gmail.com, Jun 30 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to chrome://settings/passwords
2. Find any saved password and try to delete it.

What is the expected behavior?
There should be a confirmation if we really want to delete the password.

What went wrong?
Password was deleted without confirmation.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

I just lost a password because instead of clicking "Details" my mouse went to "Remove".

Thanks for the report.

Considering this as Feature request marking as Untriaged and requesting dev team to look into it.

Assigning to dbeam for triaging. I am sympathetic to the change but I think that Chrome does not like the pattern. Should we have an "Undo" instead?
