Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to chrome://settings/passwords 2. Find any saved password and try to delete it. What is the expected behavior? There should be a confirmation if we really want to delete the password. What went wrong? Password was deleted without confirmation. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I just lost a password because instead of clicking "Details" my mouse went to "Remove".

Assigning to dbeam for triaging. I am sympathetic to the change but I think that Chrome does not like the pattern. Should we have an "Undo" instead?
