[MD Bookmarks] Meta-Down keyboard shortcut doesn't work on Mac

This command-manager shortcut gets eaten by the bookmark list.

MD Bookmarks: Fix Meta-down not triggering the 'Open' command on Mac

This keyboard shortcut was instead being handled by the main bookmark
list.
