Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a single tab using external link. 2. Try to close the tab. 3. Nothing happens (usually). 4. Open a new empty tab. Close it. 5. The original tab will now close. What is the expected behavior? Either a single tab should never close (a misfeature but not a bug), or it should always do so. What went wrong? See above! Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.83 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.0.1 Flash Version: Presumably not many users are so anal about closing tabs!
