1px borders with alpha channel isn't visible (59.0.3071.115)

Reported by fuga...@gmail.com, Jun 29 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. add borders like that border-left: 1px solid rgba(255,255,255,.8); border-right: 1px solid rgba(255,255,255,.8);
2. check the result

What is the expected behavior?
borders are visible and don't look transparent

What went wrong?
Borders isn't visible if the color contains an alpha channel, the width is 1px and they are used on two sides (left and right)

Example of a bug: https://jsfiddle.net/9dLg13a3/

Did this work before? Yes I don't remember but it doesn't work about 2-3 weeks

Hi!

I'm experiencing the same bug.

The bug is actually visible in your video @sandeepkumars@chromium.org.

The border (left and right) are invisible. If you change one of the border colors they become visible again. The bug only happens if the border-color have the same opacity.

Thanks!

It looks like this bug must have been fixed. Can you please try this on Canary and see if the bug still exists? I cannot reproduce it on Canary w/ Linux.

Thanks.
