1px borders with alpha channel isn't visible (59.0.3071.115)

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. add borders like that border-left: 1px solid rgba(255,255,255,.8); border-right: 1px solid rgba(255,255,255,.8); 2. check the result What is the expected behavior? borders are visible and don't look transparent What went wrong? Borders isn't visible if the color contains an alpha channel, the width is 1px and they are used on two sides (left and right) Example of a bug: https://jsfiddle.net/9dLg13a3/ Did this work before? Hi! I'm experiencing the same bug. The bug is actually visible in your video @sandeepkumars@chromium.org. The border (left and right) are invisible. If you change one of the border colors they become visible again. The bug only happens if the border-color have the same opacity. Thanks!

It looks like this bug must have been fixed. Can you please try this on Canary and see if the bug still exists? I cannot reproduce it on Canary w/ Linux. Thanks.
