Crash during scan, after successfully connecting and disconnecting |

Issue description(this may be difficult to repro) Steps: 1) Successfully connect, then disconnect (user went into airplane mode on their phone) 2) Attempt a host scan 3) Observe crash. Logs attached. Running 'btmgmt advinfo' after the crash occurred revealed that 1 advertisement was still registered. Glancing at the logs, it looks like a combination of advert registration failing and the weave client connection messing up.
