Issue descriptionDevice name: Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X From "Settings > About Chrome" Application version: Multiple, most recently 59 Operating system: Seen on L, M, N (7.1.2) URLs (if applicable): mail.google.com Steps to reproduce: (1) Go to mail.google.com on an Android device (personally have seen on a Nexus 5X running M and a Nexus 6 running L, M, N) (2) Click to attach files > attach a file > documents > photos (3) Select multiple images Expected result: All these images will be attached Actual result: Only one image is attached ================================================== We've seen this across multiple devices and from L to N. We're seeing the same bug in our web app. In both cases multiple selection works fine if selecting from drive or images, just not from photos. I previously filed b/26472986 for this issue on photos.

Devices tested on: Huwaie P8 lite/5.0.1 (L), Pixel/N2G48C (N), Nexus 6P/N2G48C (N), Samsung Galaxy S5/MMB29M (M) Chrome Version: "59.0.3071.125" Was able to add multiple photo images. 1. Started Chrome. 2. opened mail.google.com 3. Hit attach files button. 4. Hit documents 5. Open folder containing multiple photo images. (8 photos were selected) Result: All 8 images were successfully attached to the body of the email message. Can you re-test with latest chrome M59 from Playstore? If still repro, please share a video screen record. Thanks.

lwarner -- Could you please respond to Comment# 3 and provide an update by testing the issue on Latest Stable# 61.0.3163.98 and also a screen cast would be helpful for us to triage further. Thanks in Advance.
