BattOr attached to Android Nexus 5X 01fd9e9ca0cc15ea can't be found by build44-b4

Can someone on the labs team verify that the BattOr is blinking orange and that the USB cable running between the host and the BattOr is plugged in on both ends?

I'm wondering if this is another manifestation of the firmware problem that we now have a fix out for.

Ended up having to replace the usb cable to it.
