Record UMA for *which* Doodle was shown

The reponse from the Doodle API contains a "Doodle ID". The Doodle team has requested that we log that ID in impression/click histograms.

Pending CL at crrev.com/c/668403, but there are concerns about recording this kind of data in UMA. It looks like we'll just have to wait for the full /ddllog flow instead.
