navigator.geolocation broken on mac os

Issue description

Chrome Version       : navigator.geolocation
URLs (if applicable) : https://simpl.info/geolocation/
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: OK
    Firefox: OK
         IE: ---

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) go to https://simpl.info/geolocation/
(2) it asks for permission
(3) geo is not returned

What is the expected result? geo is returned


What happens instead?


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

61.0.3143.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

broken for me in Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Tested the isuue on macOS sierra  10.12.5  and MacBook retina using chrome M59 #59.0.3071.115 and M61 #61.0.3144.0 and issue is not reproduced.

Able to load the geolocation in both stable and canary versions.

Attached screencast for reference.

@jschwarz0-- Could you please check attached screencast and confirm us if we had missed any steps in reproducing the issue.

Those were exactly my steps.

Tried in a incognito window and it did work.
Removed all my extensions in my regular window and it started to work.
Put all my extensions back in and it still works.

At this point I cannot reproduce it.

Yuck, some setting in chrome got messed up but messing around with extensions got it to fix itself.

You can close this now but still...
