Chromium didnt shutdown correctly

Reported by johanjo...@gmail.com, Jun 29 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux armv7l) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chromium on a --kiosk no keyboard or mouse connected in a Display unit.. open.sh script at startup open the webpage with active display website
2. runs fine. till the display unit get powered down or moved.
3. power on the unit. very very annoying message display over website in the top right hand corner.

What is the expected behavior?
same as the first time I open chromium.
I know there was a unexpected powerdown.. its a PI3 this was to be expected. it happend before, and will happen again. I'm not adding a random keyboard to a seald display unit.

What went wrong?
Chromium --disable-session-crashed-bubble isnt working.
--incognito also doesnt work.

there is a million post all over the web of MANY people haveing the same issue..

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.84 Channel: stable
OS Version: Jessie
Flash Version:

add a tickbox [] dont display this message again..

and then make the option work.. so even after a unexpected shutdown, open the site..
