paint worklet does not show js file in the console

When we call paintWorklet.addModule("xxx.js"), the "xxx.js" should show up in the console with a gear, right now it doesn't show up. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

The same for audio worklet? e.g.

Also the worklet scripts don't show up in the DevTools' Network tab.
