What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Install Update (59.0.3071.115)

What is the expected result?
Chrome OS can boot.

What happens instead?
Screen stays black.

I have the Acer Chromebook CB5-311-T0B2. Previous Stable update was working fine; I had to recover twice using the USB stick and I haven't changed any settings (apart from the synced ones).
