Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try to print from browser (both using the print-button and ctrl+shift+P give the same issue) 2. google opens the 'print window' with preview 3. I choose print, but the printer doesn't get any command This only happens with my printer (ricoh afficio SP3400N), when I send it to another printer on the other side od our office it prints just fine. I can also print from other computers with my printer. So the issue only manifests itself with 1) My computer 2) my printer and 3) google chrome. What is the expected behavior? The printer gets the command and prints the page What went wrong? the printer doesn't receive a command Did this work before? Yes Beginning of May I guess? Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Hi I've already tried reinstalling chrome twice (also deleting all of the cookies, et cetera and using CC Cleaner), disabled all extensions but it still doesn't work. Also tried to print using incognito modus but to no avail. There is one other laptop in our office that has the same issue with another ricoh aficio printer (both laptops have windows 10). Thanks for your help!

Don't have this exact model to test, but tried installing both drivers here: http://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/rc3/model/sp31/sp31.htm and set them up to print to file. Both ended up with non-empty files and converting the PS files to PDF showed everything printed correctly. Do you know which of the drivers (PCL or PostScript) you are using?
